We worked with Stuart Williams at Family Wills and Trusts earlier this year to create a comprehensive estate plan. As things happened, we ended up doing this as the country began going into COVID 19 lock down. Nonetheless, Mr. Williams worked to ensure that all of the documents necessary for our plan were prepared in a timely manner and, where necessary, were properly notarized. This was no easy task for him, given that some of our family members lived in other states and in Canada. As a result, there really was little, if any, delay due to the pandemic in getting our plan in order. Throughout this process Mr Williams demonstrated his competence, knowledge, and professionalism.. When the plan was finished, we were provided with a comprehensive set of well-organized documents, as well as a clear set of instructions for how to proceed should it be necessary to use them. Finally, I would add that, during the time we worked with Mr. Williams we were made aware of numerous issues and potential legal and financial pitfalls of which we were unaware before we began this process. We highly recommend Family Wills and Trusts to anyone who is considering putting all of their affairs in order and who wishes to have confidence in what has been put in place.

Stuart is very knowledgeable about the will process. On more then one occasion he personally made a house call. He has checked back with us on various occasions to see how are part of the process was coming along. We would recommend him highly.
