I contracted this law firm and gave them a $2500 retainer for a divorce. The attorney i was matched up with talked to me only a few times. Well, fast forward. The attorney was let go, and I couldn't reach anyone after numerous emails, phone calls, and attempts at trying to get my retainer refunded. I drove in to council with them and also to figure out my refund. I was told by the attorney I met with to go through my records because the previous attorney was doing some shady things and billing for time not used. So add insult to injury I may have been taken advantage of, and it's my job to audit.I used about half of my retainer for nothing. They did refund me the difference but never called, responded, or gave me a heads up. * I am not a spammer or competing firm. I can post the credit card charge showing your law firms name if you would like with date and time.
