Discovered them via their YouTube channel which is excellent and worth watching. Their telephone consult was informative and appreciated as they asked how they could help, patiently heard me out, provided factual answers, then once again patiently listened through my synthesis of their answers and clarified in return for my better understanding, which led to my feeling well heard and well informed.
