I wanted to take the time to thank all of the employees at Tim Burns law for there professonialisim and pacients. Every step of this process was met with efficiency and clarity on the explanations of the proceedings of my case. I want to thank Tim and Warren for all there hard work. I would recomendend sending anyone to this firm, as they will handel your case with confadence and professionalism.

My daughter had went through applying for disability a number of times and was denied. We decided that we needed a lawyer to handle her claim and contact Timothy Burns and Warren Fink of "Burns Law". Both gentelmen were very personable and professional as well as dedicated. They were very thorough in their research and gathered all of the important documents to provide a winning case. I would highly recommend their services if needing a disability lawyer. Timothy Burns first interviewed my daughter and was willing to take her on as a client which we are grateful for his overall direction at the firm. Warren Fink was our lead attorney and we found him to be extremely smart and very knowledgeable of the disability process. We also found the office staff to be very helpful and attentive to our needs.

I've been working with this staff for 3 years now and they've been great. Warren is professional, compassionate and hard working; the receptionists are always ready to help as much as possible and Tim is always ready to knock the case out of the park. These kind of cases definitely take a lot of patience on both ends and I am pleased with their work. This firm is highly recommended.

I can't believe it's been two months since settling my case. My case was a case from hell. Not logistically, because from day one Tim Burns said my case was a slam dunk, but I had my reservations. The way my case played out was straight out of the horror story work comp cases you read about online. Open and shut case, I was injured, multiple witnesses, IME doc agreeing work related, yet they fought it the whole way. First lawyer I contacted from some big work comp firm in Detroit told me to just wait it out and do what the insurance asks of me, and after a month or two call him back and we would go from there. The next day I called Mr. Burns and we set up an appointment to come in and discuss the case. I sat down with both him and Warren, and he told me he would aggressively pursue the case to get it approved or settled. I was probably the client from hell. I called at least 2 times per week to check in on the case, but they were always respectful and put me at ease. True to their word, the case was closed out(settled) less than 7 months from the day I signed with them. I was off work, not paid for over 7 months before the check came through, so I have been trying to catch up all of my bills and get my life back on track, and now that things are almost back on track I wanted to just make sure I express my appreciation and respect for the entire crew over there for everything they did for me and my family. Thank you guys, you all rock. Also wanted to say thank you to Warren Fink. He sat with me well over an hour at the last visit to crunch numbers and go over every question I had before finalizing the case. Thank you Warren.

After a few failed attempts at trying to get disability my boyfriend was going to give up. Someone suggested to him to go to Burns law that's where we meet Warren Fink awesome lawyer awesome. He walked us thru the whole disability process with ease got all necessary paper work for us even noticed somethings that wasn't right about the doctor. We had a court hearing and won. All the staff there was nice and friendly. I recommend anyone that truly needs help these are the guys to go to.
