When you get hurt at work, you expect workers compensation to take care of you. When they don’t, there’s Tim Burns. When workers compensation says they will reimburse all your expenses and don’t, there’s Tim Burns. When you get hurt at work, you shouldn’t have to get a lawyer to help get the benefits you deserve, but when you do ...there’s Tim Burns. Tim and his staff are very professional and are there to help you all the way. I hesitated to call Tim Burns, and I wish I would have called him months earlier. Don’t hesitate...just pick up the phone and call Tim Burns.

PLEASE DO NOT USE MR BURNS FOR YOUR ATTY. IT TOOK HIS OFFICE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES TO GET MY PAPERWORK RIGHT TO FILE WORKMANS COMP WITCH SET MY CASE BACK ENOUGH TO THE POINT THAT THE COMPANY I WAS FILING AGAINST WAS ABLE TO FILE BANKRUPTCY THEREFORE LEAVING ME DEFENSELESS. I ALMOST DIED FROM CONTRACTING LEGIONNAIRE'S DISEASE FROM MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU HOW MUCH HE REALLY FIGHTS FOR HIS CLIENTS. HE DOESN'T.
