I called today to get info on my account I was not rude and the lady was rude and hung up in my face and it's sad that people act this way I hope she is dealt with on how she treats people trying to get there business in order. Also I will be reporting then to the Better Business Bureau as well because these reviews I believe are for the same lady being rude.

I called about a letter I received in the mail and had questions regarding it. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and had an attitude our entire conversation. None of my questions were answered and she would not explan anything. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
