I fully settled my debt, and was looking for a mobile copy of documentation. When I called, I was just trying to see if someone could type and email, anything besides a cash app receipt. (Which is within the law and my right.) I understand you have to wait for the Secretary of State to receive a letter, but you can still provide the person paying with something other than a screenshot on an email .The lady (TRINA) was super rude for no reason at all, and did not attempt to help. She ended the call very rude as well. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO DEAL WITH THIS, I PAID OFF ALL MY DEBT AND THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ME WITH A ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION. *even if you cannot do something, you can be polite about it.

They were so helpful. They took my calls and emails all the time. They were great about answering all my questions and keeping me updated on any progress.

Absolutely terrible. The lady on the phone had absolutely no business speaking with people the I was trying to explain to them they were sending mail to the wrong address not reaching their clients She was extremely rude and dismissive. Seems like you would want to reach the people you're trying to reach in a legal matter. Zero stars..

Zero stars. Shady shady I called to inform them they were sending mail to my address for somebody who does not live here. And it had happened numerous times so I just wanted to make them aware. The lady was extremely rude and cut me off multiple times It seems like if they were trying to get a legal matter handled you would care that your customer wasn't getting their notices. But they were not the least bit worried Then the cunr hung up on me

Absolutely unprofessional and rude business. Nobody answers when they state they are open. Or returns messages. They are crooks, getting money for wrongful convictions and don’t get the proper quotes/estimates for payment amounts in cases involving accidents.

Was there for me 100% of the time. Help me navigate the Process With Ease. There's no one else I would want to work with this is your go to guy.

5 stars is not enough ! I would like to thank Mr Cliff Weisberg and his amazing team all the way up to the front desk every step of the way for my disability case ! Very professional staff, always calls me back even on the weekends and helped me win my case . Very thoughtful and thorough was Cliff and I liked him right off the bat he was straightforward to the point and always answered all of my questions! Thank You Cliff and to Your wonderful staff!
