Rude, disorganized, and disrespectful. The lady had the audacity to tell me not to get nasty about a debt I had assumed I settled because my last payment was in October, but they just got around to contacting me about my final payment today! And when I asked why they couldn’t take the remaining balance automatically, as it was less than the amount I had approved for them to take, and she said “we just can’t do that miss” but in a very rude and dismissive tone. I have laryngitis so my voice is hoarse and cracked and she assumed I was being rude because of the way my voice comes out at the moment. I’ve never felt so humiliated and angry after a phone call. The original lady I talked to when I was settling was also extremely rude and it sounded like she laughed at me when I said they could only take $30 a week from me. The debt was from a well known daycare that uses these sleaze bags to do their dirty work, as the contract I was in was hardly legally binding, but I knew if I took it to court and lost I’d have to pay more so I settled. If you do have to deal with these people know that the only cordial person you’ll encounter is the process server. Debt collectors are subhuman.

If you want the Job done right the first time, contact Attorney Matt and his staff. My matter was handled in a timely manner. No questions or concerns went unanswered. Great experience overall this law office is very efficient and thorough.

FROM DAY 1 TO THE END, MR. CLIFF KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE PROCESS. WHEN I WAS DENIED, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND CALMED ME DOWN, ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD DO WHATEVER WAS NEEDED TO APPEAL. I LOVED HOW HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY PROCESS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I recently reached out to Social Security Counseling Center Disability Attorneys seeking assistance with SSI for my disabled son. Instead of the professionalism and empathy that one would expect from a reputable law firm, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. The lawyer Cliff, I spoke with not only lacked the compassion necessary when dealing with sensitive issues like these but also provided information that seemed questionable at best. Seeing such a lack of concern for potential clients is disheartening, especially when we're already navigating difficult circumstances. I would advise others to think twice before seeking services from this firm. There are plenty of other professionals out there who can provide both knowledgeable advice and the respect clients deserve.

These people are insanely rude. I understand that they are collecting debt so we are not their "clients" but they really need to learn customer service. The lady on the phone named Trina actually asked if I know how to read. I was flabbergasted. I know it says they record the calls but no way they listen to them with their staff talking to people like this. The only half way decent person I talked to was named Karen, she actually explained it to me and helped but when I called back the next day to see if I could pick up a letter like Karen said it was Trina again and she was back to being as rude as possible.
