Called to take care of a debt.. yes they are a debt collector noone likes them but when you are in the middle of a conversation trying to pay and they hang up on you 2 times… it gets irritating and some of the people were very rude but overall once i got an attorney it went very smoothly. And they were willing to work with you.

Rude would not help me. It was my account I was calling about. They told me my attorney would need to contact them. IT WAS MY ACCOUNT! SO I STILL SAY RUDE!

What a horrible experience dealing with this so-called law firm. Customer service is extremely rude and far from knowledgeable. They couldn’t even locate my account the first time I called. My account was paid in full, and my payment has yet to post on their end. It’s been five days! Money has left my bank account, and the female I spoke with states the payment was never received. Please seek legal counsel prior to dealing with these incompetent people. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

They share a significant amount details with me for a case. Then one day someone told me, I couldn't be help because I didn't have the right verification information. They obviously have some people following confidentiality rules and others that are not!

Wish I could give less than one star. I paid my agreement and this law firm has not acknowledged my payment! I called prior to closing, put on hold then, disconnected! Reporting this firm to the Mn AG office.

These people are something else!! I had been paying them a certain amount for months and I paid them in March then April came along and I went on vacation. They called me and I was nice enough to even call them back. I got some rude person who refused to work with me. I told this person I’m on vacation CAN U WAIT TILL I GET HOME?? Nope!! I planned on paying them when I landed last Thursday but they would not work with me what so ever. I come home to judgement’ papers and a garnishment form. These people r crazy. Little do they know I have a dependent and other obligations plus receive a type of assistance for me and my child. Good luck to ya!!

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Everyone I talk to is rude and dumb I’m soo confused on how a place like this could be real.. Whoever you are… stay away from this place I repeat stay away !!!!!! 0 stars if I could!!!!!!!!!!!

I was contacted regarding a legal dispute from this “law office” they are rude on the phone, they refused to help the first two times I called. So I attained the fax number to the “attorney” who was filing against me. Requesting information on the matter. Twice I sent the information. First in mail, they said they didn’t have it. Second, I faxed it. The said they didn’t have it. Though my paperwork says otherwise. Today I received a letter with the courts. Called to speak to this attorney who can’t seem to answer any questions. The rude, person I spoke to lied in the phone. Refused to listen to my issue. Insisted I had this debt. When I challenged it. They said some thing in the “recorded phone call” contradicting what she said initially. Then became insulting and tried talking over me. They refused to send me the paperwork I requested and proceeded with court hearing. Was not even notified of the date. I will be filing a complaint with the proper groups of people and will be hiring my own representation to investigate what happened….. IF YOU RECEIVE SOMETHING FROM THEM. SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL. I couldn’t add another review, but all you have to do is look at their rating.. 1.9 at the time this edit takes place. They responded, per usual with the most remedial response. What I should do is hire the 2 best attorneys here where I live and have them subpoena phone calls so a federal attorney can see how they operate! Of course they’re going to respond to reviews. “We dispute” of course you do because you’re subhuman. SOUNDS LIKE A CLASS ACTION SUIT SHOULD BE IN ORDER!!!
