This law firm shouldn't even be in business since they can't even get the right person for the collection and is money hungry. They go after anyone with same Name and last name regardless you show proof that this person isn't the one. Everyone Need to report this to the better business bureau.

I got a judgment summons and called them up to take care of the matter and they were very nice and willing to let me make payments if I needed to. The fact of the matter is yes they are a debt collector. However, my experience was they were polite and willing to work with me as much as they could

Just ask them to provide account numbers, proof that they are representing the owner of said debt, that purchase contract, statement of ALL charges, and the original signed agreement when you opened said account. Must provide in writing to them and they in turn must provide you with the information. If not, will more than likely be thrown out of court.

Got a collections letter from this "business" for someone with a different last name addressed to my address. They can't even track people down right. Informed them that my attorney will be in touch if they try to collect this debt from me...I never purchased anything from the company that this individual owes.

These people are frauds. Don't send them money. Report them to the police. I got this document from them. No file number and full of grammatical errors. I received one before and an actual person dropped off the document which is kind of scary.

Horrible Law office. They pay judges to rule in their favor knowing their clients break the law, and garnish wages even after the account was paid in full. If I could rate negative stars there wouldn't be enough.

Paid off my debt in full and they told me they are going to still freeze my bank act for 14-21 days. I had to borrow money to pay it and they reguse to release my bank act
