Unsure of the woman I spoke with, but I’m sorry that you’re a miserable person. She was rude, unprofessional, and could hardly answer my questions without an attitude. Find a different job if you hate it that much.
EDIT: Notice how this business would rather DISPUTE the honest review instead of reaching out to see who I spoke with, and what the issue was? That says enough about the business alone. You can’t dispute my experience.

They are horrible. don't communicate or document very well, its like talking to a 2 year old. They act like it's an issue to better explain something, everyone don't know they terminology and they don't understand that.
