I apologize for the screen name but I wanted to say that yes this is a debt collector so no it's not always fun to work with them and if struggling or not making very much then yes they can be hard to deal with. To add to this though since I have been working with them they're very lenient and understanding when you have to change payment dates. Pretty much if you can work with them they will work with you. I'm going through my own hard time right now and they've been very friendly, respectful, and accommodating. I'm sure most of these reviews I'm reading have come from people struggling and I understand the frustration. I just wanted it to be known that they really are a good group to work with as far as debt collectors go.

I had already settled the debt that they are trying to collect it's no longer a valid debt. I had paid it off over a year ago so they can no longer collect a debt that is paid off they should really do their research much better.

I'm on Social security disability and I get medical assistance so I am exempt from garnishment of my wages but they still keep harassing me.I have sent them proof of everything and I just got another letter from them today.They can go to hell.They will never see one penny from me.Im trying to declare bankruptcy but I can't afford an attorney to do so.Anyway its just another way that poor people get screwed in this country
