Operators were VERY rude. Yes I realize I am speaking to you because I failed to pay a bill owed but you do not get to talk to people as if they are trash!

If I could give a zero I would. Ive spoke with the same lady for the past 10 days. My levy was exempt. They then wanted bank statement and were sent. Then they said MY BANK had to call them. Lie! My bank said no that's not true BUT called anyways on my behalf. Now they claim they have not received any of my paperwork. Lie. Spoke with Mariana. Just spoke with attorney of my own behalf and they also said Messeli and Kramer are playing game I ended up speaking with a gentleman at the end who I do have to say was kind. And now they are being released. I plan on working to buuild back my credit now in the future thanks to him. Today I was told not by Justin that they CHA GED THEIR MINDS??? They will not let me speak with Justin and was hung up on... I am NOW working with MN Attorney General Office. And my money has been returned.

I worked with two attorneys at Messerli -- one on general business issues and the other in intellectual property. Advice given was uneven in terms of quality and was very expensive. Phone calls were not returned. I found other legal counsel that was far more reasonable and responsive.

They sued me for a Citi bank account. Contacted a fella named Ben there. Left messages and didn't receive a call back until I left a message about being able to pay them. They don't give a flying **** about what your going through in your personal life. They just want the money. What a disappointment. Don't even know how they can sleep in peace at night doing what they do.

Owed Capital One $1800 and received court papers from M&K. Worked out a plan with them paying $150 a month. Paid them 6 months and then late paying them one month due to family crisis and suddenly these #$%&! went to court to get a judgment on me. Now these blood suckers will start garnishing my wage and my bank account. Once these blood suckers get their teeth on you they will never let you go until they get their very last penny. Worst people ever.

Spoke w tom I have never in my life had such a difficult time paying off a bill Nor have I ever had a 15 minute run around no wonder people hang up and don't pay their bills
