They do whatever they want and when you call to try to appease them they hang up on you

Will not work with you!!! I was told by the representative that they would get more than I could afford to pay so they rejected it. So now I have to live in my car. The are thieves and liars. For a debt more than 12 years old. And they are writing their own reviews on here. Please we are not stupid.

Bad information and horrible collection. Says they are gonna take money out on a certain day and it's really a few days after. Make sure you don't overdraw if you are cutting it close. Horrible!

Rudest most unprofessional unorganized unorthodox company I have ever incountered. Their auto pay is nothing short of a scam. They have done nothing but lie to me sense I started dealing with them and I’m expected to trust that my money is going to the right place. Saddest part is that I have to have another family member call on my behalf just to get the truth about anything going on with my case and Payment schedule. If I never hear from them again it would be too soon

Rude, take money whenever its convenient for them, clear out bank acct and leave people with nothing

I worked out an agreement with them to pay 100 dollars bi weekly which is every paycheck. In May of this year I switched jobs. I called Robin spoke to her and we made a new agreement because the finally payment for May did not go through . Well the bank resubmitted the payment on May 23rd and it went through. So I paid up for the month of May . Per our agreement I paid 200.00 on june 6th. Today I called trying to explain that the monthly agreement is 200 a month .. well they proceeded to tell me that is not the agreement.. Yes it is according to MY paperwork and they will be taking another payment out this pay day.. I hope with enough complaints the attorney general will look into their collection practices.. You make an agreement with someone and they twist it because the know they have the person backed into a wall

As much as I hate to admit this, they worked extremely well with me during a financial hardship and has allowed me to make payments towards a debt that I owe.

They have collected over 3 times what my debt was, they cleared my accounts multiple times over a $900 bill, they have now taken close to $2500 and they just sent me a letter saying I still owe the full amount. I have bank statements.

Very rude and disrespectful staff especially a lady called Kiera or whatever her name is. Very unprofessional in my opinion and based on my personal experience with them.
