Very poor and unprofessional as well and not a company people should deal with their undermining and disrespectful

Don't worry about these guys. Just check out the Justinian Deception on YouTube. These Glorified Debt Collectors and Bankers are all Frauds trying to scam you and make you think you did something wrong.

Worse place ever, stay away unfortunately they don't give me option to rate this zero. This people dosent don't know how to work with no one.

Although they were after me for a collection account. They were very prompt and helpful on helping me get info back and forth to my bank and place of work.

I had outstanding service, courtesy and understanding from the staff member. I won't lie the first person I had was not very helpful at all and I requested to speak with someone else. I got the account settled and life moves on. We all make mistakes but we all get a second chance. Thank you Messerli & Kramer and their staff for understanding and helping me with my situation. It was a pleasure doing business.

Messerli Kramer took $10,000 dollars from my bank accounts and cleaned me out for a old credit card bill. The banks and lenders got bailed out by the government after the crash of 2008 and the middle class man got screwed. Now I sit here contemplating suicide because I just can't get ahead. This place has never sent me a validation notice and now I'm getting notice of intent to garnish to an address I haven't lived at in 12 years also they did try to serve me at that same address but was unsuccessful but the process server was very rude to my father called him a liar and tried to open his door I'm reporting this company messerli and kramer to the attorney general's office hopefully this firm gets shut down.

Was served papers to show up to court, for a debt which I completely forgot about (4 years ago), i had some serious family issues happening, so i put it at the back of my mind, but i digress. I promptly paid them the next business day. My only issue was that they were not really willing to work with me on settling for a certain amount. It was either the full amount or nothing. But other than that, pretty fair company to work with. The people complaining about them are the people who took a loan out knowing they could not pay the company back. Yes, it sucks to pay money you borrowed, but it would suck more to have to go to court, and have a judgement on your record. I accepted the responsibility of forgetting about my debt. If people accepted their own responsibility (financially), This company would probably have better reviews.

Unprofessional, and disrespectful during calls. Here is a tip for one female I was blessed to talked to. If you hadn’t been disrespectful there might have been a better outcome from the call.
