If I could give this place a negative 10 I would

It's a law firm, if it was up to me I wouldn't be dealing with them, I've had very mixed moments calling and dealing with them on the phone, sometimes they are very professional and understanding, other times they are rude as can be, looking forward to a few more months down the road and never having to deal with them again though

This Messerli & Kramer PA had just served a 13 years old, because the parents aren't home. This firm is so getting in trouble if it continued this kind of behavior..., very very poor customer service, no matter how much you tried to communicate with this people...

I'm not a customer of Messerli and Kramer, however, I have been receiving harassing and nuisance calls to my home for an individual that I do not know and has not lived at my home or used my number. I've responded to their voice messages at a least 6 to 9 times to ask them to stop calling my phone number. They assure me that i will be removed from the data base and that I will not receive any more calls. This was never done as I continue to get these stupids. I have filed a complaint with the MN Attorney General as I want them to stop calling and I thought these calls were illegal, especially when it is the wrong party. They deserve zero stars as I could not post with a 0 rating.

I got a letter from them every year and give them what they need and continue to bug you I am exempt from this because of things listed and stated that today and I called and said I need that when in a letter I got from them said because of age of debt that it is forgiven by crediter and than they send out more stuff asking for asking for my Banking statement when the bank said it is exemp and a phone number to make payment options. If I could would give them less than a one star rating and say in my opinion that I believe that the statement hear are true about rude etc

Very unprofessional law firm, I have been extremely calm and collective having to wait for payments to clear etc etc. Having a "professional" law firm lie to me not once but twice is extremely disrespectful. Payment cleared 4/4, satisfaction letters were scheduled to be e-filed 4/4. Called 4/5 and satisfaction was not filed, called 4/6 and was told it was e-filed 4/5 at 8:30am. Called the county 4/6 and was told no record of any satisfaction letters were ever filed or signed. Called 4/7 multiple times only to find out the department I had been in contact with over the previous 3 weeks were closed. I was told 4/7 from another department at this place of business that my file was only scanned and not e-filed like stated before by two other employees. I am not happy with this law firm. You do not lie to a client you are representing. If I had to choose another law firm I would steer clear of this place. Worst experience. Stay away

Experience was what I expected to be. They are lawyers that are hired by debt collection agancies. The experience of having to deal with them sucks. That being said, those that I spoke and worked with were very professional and treated me with respect.
