This company is charging $1,800 for a disputed $30 debt on a closed credit account. I was never served any papers from this company yet they are trying to garnish my wages. What a giant scam. These people should be ashamed of their practices. Would give negative stars if I could.

Aaron suess was AMAZING .. I have had horrible experiences with debt companies and I understand fully that I got myself into this situation, that being said he took the time and effort to listen to not only my problems but showed compassion, understanding and respect towards me as a person. Aaron made the effort to reach out to me , coming up with a resolution. I will forever remember the effort you gave to me . Thank you !!!!!

Pure Evil, this firm is! High-jacked my bank account a week before Christmas, got 4x my husband's original debt from TEN Yrs ago. We called and they refused to work with us on balance they say we owe. Hit us again today for the fourth time, hope the $17 goes far.

I called about a debt I was unaware of (sent to wrong address) & was fortunate enough to be patched through to Aaron Suess 😊🖤 He is a ROCKSTAR human being!!! He walked me through everything and explained it, repeated it & listened to me explain my budget and we came up with a more than fair agreement!!! I have severe anxiety disorder and have had horrible experiences attempting to pay debt... threatened and harassed - I was cooperative and pleasant on the phone while having a panic attack - terrified of what the representative would say... but Aaron renewed my faith today! He was very professional and handled my situation with care and compassion. So I won't let him down! I am happy to pay what I owe! I get it that its my fault that i am in collections stuff happens in life but wow the lady shelly i spoke to i felt like she was my mother getting after me cause i miss a payment so rude no grace of any sort i can see why the ratings are so low for this company.

I have to say working with Sandy has been great! She is willing to work with you so that everything went smoothly. I feel like they really care about you and didn't push anything on you that you didn't agree with.

Had an account in this office. I'm a 100% disabled Veteran. I had made a few payments on the account and for some reason, there was more added to the balance. The account rep was not able to explain where the extra amount came from or rather wouldn't. His demeanor and responses were so unprofessional and disrespectful. Even with the banking information in the system he didn't take the next payment out of my account causing men to miss the arranged payment. I had to call in and speak to another person who not only broke down where the extra amount originated, she apologized for his crass attitude toward this matter. I just had he taken the entire amount don't have to deal with this company anymore. People need to understand that even though people may at times fall behind on bills it doesn't make them bad people and cause them to have a job. I took very ill and lost my job due to all the injuries I endured during my time in the military protecting this country. They need to respect and appreciate anyone they speak to no matter the situation because the simple fact is other people's misfortune has been a means to keep them employed. Think about that. As for me, I'm out! Hope to never ever have to speak to them again. May God treat them as they treat others.

Horrible overcharged for a debt owed by over $600. Never sent paperwork to my employer. Staff are really rude when you call. Refuse to pay back what they overcharged. Will be taking legal action against this horrible company.

They just took over a debt from my wife about a month ago. We can't afford to pay it yet so we figured we would call them in a couple months to settle the debt when we have the money. Today my wife was summoned by them. A month after getting word they took over the debt! She has gotten phone calls from them every single day. It's harassment! We are looking into our options for legal action against them, we've never had anything like this happen before. It's crazy!
