Terribly corrupt need to be shut down, my opinion is safe from retaliation and being removed here, under 1st amendment proceeded garnishment of my wage, no papers served picked their own unaffordable garnishment amount, received no prior contact from them, no warning of garnishment received my check from work had to figure out who was garnishing my wages without no prior notice or warning not even knowing anything about my income, garnishing an unbelievable amount, I called them said sounds like I have terrible circumstances not their problem, losing everything on account of these people federal lawyers will be contacted very rude and inconsiderate, corrupt people, can't even talk to them,very crooked, make their own laws and rules, I believe they cannot have any lawyer bars at the way they operate.Licensed from Cracker Jack as far as I am concerned need class action lawsuit here!

Have had to call multiple times due to my balance being paid off in full for over a month, they deposited the check, but posted it into someone's elses account. Keep telling me "i dont know what to tell you" Tom Dollinger is very rude. Should not be in any position of customer service. Supervisor Andy Kasen is also rude and very unhelpful, should not be a supervisor. Finally got someone who was nice and respectful - Mr. Connelly. He took the time to investigate for over 20 minutes while talking me through what he found. He should be Andy's boss. Thank you for actually caring and being helpful Mr. Connelly!

Terrible business practice! This company has you served to appear in court! You then call in to arrange a settlement out of court and they say they can’t speak to you about the account! It’s my account! I’m the person you are wanting money from. Then they proceed to get a judgement and add all the additional fees! You call again and now they will talk to you! Terrible! God forbid English is your second language! They use every bullying tactic they can. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this law firm! They are the worst of the worst!

Alright. So I have bad credit. Understable. I defaulted on my loan, after I totaled my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu, and we had a settlement offer. I reached out, and offered to start paying off the settlement, in which I missed one payment, so we ended up restarting the payments due to missing my deadline. When I say the lack of communication from this company lacks in many different places, that would not be the front of it. I have reached out, almost more than I should have, to no call back. No wonder this place has 1 star reviews. Honestly, they need to just shut down, because the can’t seem to do their jobs properly. They threaten to sue you, and when you try to reach out, they send you to voicemail, and never call back. Now I’m out almost double my 1800$ (settlement total) because of my missed last payment, and had to restart. Either they can get off their rears and reach out, or shut down. This is getting stupid that I need to reach out more then once, and now it’s effecting my credit to where I can’t even get a new car even with a stable co-signer. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU, AND NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. My review is protected under the right to free speech. Any harassment to remove this review will be in violation of my 1st amendment rights.

This office is outright corrupt. They handled a garnishment against me and they’ve done every underhanded thing they could to get every ounce of money from me they could. First off the garnishment notice I was never served over as they sent papers to an address 1700 miles away that I hadn’t lived at in well over a year. But they got the right company! Definitely didn’t mess that part up. Secondly, they refused to accept a pay in full 2 weeks after the garnishment was established in mid-February. On May 24th of this year, I paid it off through the garnishments of my paychecks. They then decided to send the release of garnishment to the wrong employment address. Today, June 5th, they dodged my phone calls until I called from a different number only for them to tell me “it’ll take some time for us to send them the new release”. Meanwhile, this causes me to be delayed in getting my paycheck because I either let my job continue taking $900 from my paycheck every 2 weeks and then wait 30-45 BUSINESS days for this joke of a firm to refund me while they play around and purposely send the release to an address not even listed on any other piece of paperwork related to this case.

Very unprofessional, I called 3 times to pay debt owed They never answered or called back.

This law firm sent a guy to my home to deliver this packet saying that I owe this law firm 4k. Sending a guy who is not a lawyer to my home is unprofessional and he was trespassing on private property. I have cameras installed on every corner of this house and I will be reporting this guy that came onto private property. If this law firm is real, send a real lawyer and I'll take it more seriously. Thanks!

Hard to get a hold of plp when you call..

I’ve been getting fraudulent lawsuit paperwork from here. First thing was a threat to sue,then a paper saying I needed to show up for court but gave no date or case number. Then I got a letter saying they had won a default judgment and the paperwork was sketchy to say the least. The notary they used is a target employee who works in their legal,I looked her up. The paperwork was stamped not signed and several things were in places they wouldn’t be on legitimate paperwork. The case file for this also doesn’t exist. I just got another letter wanting my social and all kind of personal info with a letter demanding money from the “lawsuit”. Case file for this also doesn’t exist. I looked up my name in my county and there has been no case against me,I looked up my name state wide for MN since one letter stated they used MN courts even though I am in ND and I have no judgment against me in that state either. I am about to go to the police station with these letters and see if I can stop this harassment. I know this place is sending them vs some scam because they sent someone who handed my husband the first letter and on the paperwork it’s listing this address as the destination of payment. This is all extremely illegal for a “lawyers” office.

These scummy lawyers sent me a fake lawsuit with no court filing number. Just know- I AM SMARTER THEN YOU!!!! If you want it come get it!!!!

I called because we received a debt collection letter to our home for an unknown business/person. Thought it would be helpful to call and straighten it out. The person I spoke to was very terse and rude. I don’t know this business, but their representative’s interpersonal skills were terrible!
