I have tried to work with them but they are straight up trash. They hang up on you when you call. I have emailed (twice) faxed and snail mailed my exemption form and they act like it doesn’t exist. I have contacted the BBB and the MN Attorney General’s office.

I have yet to call them to see what I can do and I was going to pay some bills and I looked at my pay check and I only got a little over $100 for a paycheck and they took over $300 so I can't pay my car insurance or my phone bill and I only got one notice that they are going to garnish my wages this is not ok

Won't stop harrassing me, yet they have no legitimate reason to seek me out.

They work for the Billion dollar companies and sue people who are in collections. No regards for the little guys living paycheck to paycheck like my daughter is right now. They make more in an hour than she does in 3 days.

Company works with you very well to help you resolve any circumstance you have and also helps you and the best way with making arrangements for your payments

This company took money from my bank account with no notice whatsoever. The icing on the cake is that it isn't even my debt. My mother helped me set up my bank account when I was under 18 and since her name was on my account they stole money from me and when I called they had the audacity to tell me I don't have authorization to speak to them about it. How in the world do you get to steal money from me and tell me I can't speak to you about this. I'm completely baffled any of the shady work they do is legal. I hope this company goes under because it doesn't deserve a single penny.

Absolutely terrible! I had my wages garnished back in 2022. I paid the bill in full and have proof that it was paid. They said they only received half of the payments. It was a court ordered garnishment! There is definitely a paper trail that proves they were paid! They have now garnished me again for the same bill and have so far STOLEN $943 dollars from me. My next check will be garnished another $700 plus. If they think they can steal from people and get away with it, they have another thing coming. If anyone has a name of a lawyer for me to hire to fight these crooks, let me know because I'm not allowing them to do this to people. They've messed with the wrong mama bear! The emotional damages alone because of this are astronomical, not to mention the hit to my credit report because of their mistake. How can they rum a business this way? They should be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is trash. They harass you, send you the same mail over and over and when you actual fill papers out and send back they are ignored then they just take matters into their own hands and pull the money straight from your bank account. I don’t understand how this is a legal law firm. All they do they is feed off people that made mistakes 10 plus years ago and get money on loans that have already been paid off and they product sold to another buyer.

Had exactly what I was looking for after being two other places. Which was a dvd/cd player attachment for my laptop
