Really question the legal aspect of the whole collection process. Sell original debt off with no back ground and then on to a court hearing from which I was never served, obviously these repo attorneys spend their days in court so they are there, and don't have to miss work if I noticed. It's just a crazy system. Set up to fail. And yes it's not the easiest bunch to deal with. Could go on with how many times I've been spun around ,harassed ,and just plain disrespect. Very crooked, unpleasant but mostly just plain unprofessional.

My ex fiance opened a card in my name and racked up debt. I was willing to pay as I didn't know he did this until now and had no idea how to prove it wasn't mine. I called numerous times, wrote letters, emailed and went on their payment plan website and made SO many payment plan offers for the FULL AMOUNT and no one EVER contacted me. I got a notice to appear in court TWO DAYS AFTER THE COURT DATE. I worked with a debt collector years ago for medical debt and they were kind and willing to do what they could for us to figure the debt out. This is a predatory "business". I now have a judgment against me. Thankfully I have no plans to buy a home or car or anything because at this point I'm willing to let it sit on my credit as I don't make enough for them to garnish my wages. Place needs to be investigated.

We have hired 2 lawyers a criminal defense attorney and a corporate lawyer. We are suing for 4.3 million dollars for harassment, defamation of character. And mental anguish. The criminal attorney is launching an investigation with Hennepin County sheriff for issues stated above. These people are Crooked. And ruthless. I encourage every person to sue the living daylights out of them.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. People in the call center act holier than thou. They won't take payments until they know every single penny you earn and pay out in current bills. And their payment system is outdated. They won't take a debit card, but expect you to pay using your checking account number.

I wish to retract some of my previous comments as a former employee …most of the employees are kind , considerate and always professional! Always an open door policy and they do support and help you with your career just wish the pay had been better.. cheers m&k. happy holidays to you and yours!

Ridiculous Mickey Mouse outfit. I was served a summons with no court case number. I called them up immediately saying hello, I just got your summons served on me. I asked Now what. Simple question right? They said I need to follow the instructions on the summons. I looked at all the 3 pages for instructions and found no instructions once so ever. It was all the claim bullet points stating the claim only. No case number, just their file number. I called them back and asked yet once again stating I saw no instructions. And I literally read fast the 3 pages using blah blah blah as it was all just the claim fact points you'd see on a court criminal complaint stating the facts such as: On or about this date I did this. I failed to pay, It was a contract, it was an auto loan and vehicle was repossessed and subsequently sold at auction. And demanding judgment against me the last bullet point. And ungodly amounts of money which appears to be entire cost of vehicle with interest and fees not at all deducting auction proceeds. Their response was quote, We can't give you legal advice and I need to follow the instructions again. I again sain there are no instructions for like the 3rd time. Then hung up on then and contacted an attorney who did the same game, I need to respond to the summons. I asked how? That attorney said that's for you to do. OMG... bottom line is I own nothing and have no assets so proceeding if they want will only incur more costs for creditor and still get nowhere unless they legalized jailing debtors again in this century. What a waste of breath these people. Trying to scare people into thinking they will go to court to answer for crimes. BTW I just checked out their website and my McAfee flagged really fast saying the site is not secure and does not use HTTPS protocol. OMG, what websites don't use https in this day and age. Who would send any confidential or sensitive information over an unsecured line? 😆 🤣 😂 this is how your information gets onto the dark web folks. Hack the Universe NEO 😆 🤣

What kind of law firm does not accept credit card or debit card payments in 2023??? These people are a piece of work. They send someone to serve you a ridiculous summons that was never filed with the court. You do an online payment by electronic check and they never deduct the money. Every person you speak to at their "law firm" sounds like a complete half-wit with information that contradicts the last person you spoke with at their "firm." They seem like a scam.

Probably one of the worst “debt collectors” out there. First off, NEVER got served ANY paper work for what they “need”. Liars, terrible timing, and won’t work with you or help you out on anything. It’s always “undetermined”, what a vague statement to keep getting away with helping your “clients”. They want you to do your part and then don’t do theirs. What a joke. Zero stars actually if I could!! Also not to mention, they aren’t even BBB accredited!! Crazy!
