Jacked some money from my bank account as a way to get my attention. Collection agency

Great Company. They provide an enormous amount of work for small businesses in SD and ND. Unfortunately the supplier of process service jobs that is servicing those areas for them, is looking their gift horses in the mouth, and eventually they will not have anyone to provide the services they deserve from a supplier.

The woman I spoke with this week Bridget Thelen was utterly disrespectful and rude. No customer service skills, unhelpful. Very unprofessional. Terrible firm. Need to completely rehire the office staff.

Literally the worst versions of humanity.

I can only speak for my experience, with having dealt with this company. My first experience resulted in a garnishment. When I was very upset and caused be a lot of stressed. the garnishment resulted in a lot of money being taken out of my check each pay period. What I can say is, they were able to set me up with a payment plan, that was affordable. I was able to pay off that debt in full. The 2nd time around Defaulted on 2 payment arrangement. That also resulted in a garnishment and bank levy. I was able to call, and they worked with me to not only set my payment plan up again, but has to halt my garnishment. What I can say is, they will work with you, trust me I know. I am beyond grateful for Tom, who helped me various times. Not only was he willing to listen, but he advocated for me a 2nd chance to a payment plan. I am forever in thanks for them allowing me a 2nd chance to clear my debt with a affordable payment plan.

Complete scam. Don't deal with these people. They will not stand by their agreement.

This company is very predatory, they are impossible to work with. The only way to get them to listen is to report them.
