Awful people, trying to redo a payment arrangement since I missed a payment due to unexpected reasons in my family, they don't care, they just deleted the current arrangement and threatened involuntary collections, garbage

They have judgments against people that have never actually been to court. I called my local court administrator and was told when the judgement was placed I “agreed” to the judgment as per this companies information. There is a signed agreement so I will be going to verify the signature. Because I am certain I did not agree to pay what they are projected to garnish. I’ve offered a payment plan and was told “that’s not good enough” plus I asked for an exemption mailed out the paperwork and to my surprise I was told it was never received. I’m also very confused the original account is marked as closed on my credit report. I know debt collectors are rude and they have to be sometimes but this is a whole different level.

Tried to set up a payment plan twice. Said they would reach out if the payment plan was accepted. Did not reach out and then went to collections. Did not receive papers that my bank account could be levied, had money set aside in savings to make "upgrades" to our house and they had already taken the money out of my savings with no notice. Had 2 collections that they levied my account for and one is still showing up on my credit after it has been essentially paid. Disputed it and they said it was accurate that it should still be on my credit! I feel like I will never be done with them because of this! Maybe when people reach out to try to make something right, you should hold up your end of the deal and contact them if it is an approved payment arrangement instead of saying they haven't tried to make payments!

The lady I spoke to this morning has zero client/customer skills. Very rude, very unprofessional. You would think if you were trying to collect money from people you would be a little nicer, or atleast professional. By the looks of previous reviews, I’m not surprised.
