Absolutely ridiculous! Won’t return phone calls , constant phone tag. I have several papers with different amounts that I owe. I am tired of calling and either not getting through so I have to leave a message or I call and leave a message. Never return phone calls! I can’t live on you guys taking everything especially when I try to reach out and nothing. I have kids and other bills!

They did not have my correct information. I never got anything in the mail. They garnished my wages (20 percent gross where I live). They must really hate veterans, I served this country and did not do them any wrong. They put me in a really bad spot. If they actually get your address correct and get the correct documents, lawyer up immediately and don’t let them bully you.

Horrible to work with. Double filed a debt for a collection and now won't even speak to me in requards to the matter. Rude and unprofessional.

They can't even keep paperwork straight so I don't know how they can be good at anything

if i was able to give half a star I would….some of the reps I’ve spoken to have been nice….but there is one I spoke with today who seems to have that “entitled” tone in her voice….and really makes you feel like your absolutely nothing. Yeah I understand it is my debt it has gotten this far, but I am taking care of it…and have been very good at paying monthly to them….I just requested a date change…and relaying what the other rep had told me per last conversation prior to this one and the lady really made me feel awful. I can’t wait to be done with this debt and never have to deal with this company again….

The stars of the reviews here reflect the quality of the company. A dirty low down scumbag collection agency. I simply asked for a signed cardholder agreement for the card they are collecting on (they say a signature isn't required which is odd because I thought an agreement is two parties converging together...how can you have consent without proof of it?)...Ok, then I simply ask for charges on the card to be proven given common forensic methods to prove the said debt is mine (IP Address, Signature..etc)...all I get is crickets.My identity was stolen right around the time so I have the right to ask for these things for MY OWN PROTECTION, what these morons think is I am skating around the debt...I just want EXACT proof that A) The Card is mine B) That ALL of the charges are mine...could be $0 or $100 could be $1000...we will never know so they will never get a penny from me. They are even going as far to try to garnish wages in another state they don't have the simplest clue on what the laws are--in the state of Wisconsin if someone has taken State or Fed benefits (i.e Snap) their wages CANNOT be garnished yet they are trying....from a job I worked over a year ago. For someone who claims they are a law service maybe they should look up the laws on signature consent to an agreement between two parties, garnishment laws and financial forensics...pretty shameless that someone without a law degree knows more than said organization.

My first call was with the kindest lady who answered all my questions and I was surprised because I’ve heard nothing but negativity about this company. Today however, I had the absolute rudest person call me. His name was Micheal I think. He really needs training on how to speak to people because the attitude he called me with today…I almost asked if he was speaking to Casper the ghost cuz I know for a fact he wasn’t speaking to me in such a rude tone. The First Lady I dealt with would’ve gotten you a good review. Micheal gets you a 1 star. Find kinder employees or train them better.

Former employee. Do not work here under any circumstances. You can find better pay and a more enjoyable experience within hundreds of places for miles around. Even if you have to commute a little farther out, it's worth it. 15 an hour is laughable, and the hiring bonus they're dishing out should be considered worrying rather than appealing to any potential worker. Mel needs a reality check, and to stop taking her emotional issues out on her employees. Worst boss I've ever had in my years of living. She will demean you and insult your intelligence and HR will not care. The emotional and verbal abuse she puts everyone through is astounding, and it's clear they're too incompetent to find anyone better. You feel bad doing such shady work, you feel insulted the entire 8 hours you're there, and feel disgraced when you finally get your piddly paycheck. Coworkers told me they've worked there for years and still kept 15 an hour, after years. You will be happier at a McDonalds drive through, trust me. I fully expect the automated "we respectfully dispute this review" response.
