I had the good luck and fortune of working with Jeffrey Scott after the death of my father in Minneapolis. When my father (rest his spirit) passed away, he left behind an old copy of a will, a home filled with filth, numerous creditors, and a complicated mess to manage. I recognized early on that managing his estate would require good legal advice, and I turned to a web search to determine who might be able to assist. Upon meeting Jeffrey Scott (and his team) I realized that this was a person I wanted to work with -- compassionate, mindful, and very knowledgeable. There was not a moment when I did not feel that I was in the best of hands and support managing the estate; many times Jeffrey brought the circumstances from confused and complicated to informed and clarified. I thoroughly recommend him and his team to anyone involved in a challenging probate process; he is precisely the kind of person you want on your team.
