Great Customer Service when I called but because the person at fault that hit me didn't have insurance, they will not take my case. You would think that would be the reason to take anyone's case. So sad the person that hit me will get away with not paying for my medical or car damage since they don't follow the law. Meanwhile, I pay for my losses because I do pay for my car insurance? Does this make sense?

My name is Cheryl Carter. I would love to speak with Paul Powell in person. The staff at his office dont tell truth. I've been told a LOTof untrue things and then the office staff ( Henry) can hang the phone up in your face . I would like to speak with Paul Powell in Person!! Retired Military and going thru things like this is so sad. Today is September 3rd 2024. As if today I still haven't heard from Paul Powell himself. I can only say the TRUTH, LEAVING THAT OFFICE WAS THE BEST. AFTER NOT LETTING THEM HANDLE THE UN-INSURED MOTOREST WITH MY CASE , I RECEIVED 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME . LEARNED A BIG LESSON !! HANDLE IT YOURSELF, THEN IT WILL ALL BE YOURS AT THE END. THANK YOU FOR LEAVING YOU TOO 😊

It was a wait, but after a few months we made it to the end. I thank you all for being so professional and dealing with my 2 to 5 calls a week. This is one of the most respectful and hard working law firms in Las Vegas. And they truly do stick by their word that at the end of the case "they won't make more money than you do". How many law firms can you honestly say will say that.

I was a winner for the giveaway for Paul-idays. Paul Powell and team were absolutely amazing. They were able to help my 97 year old Dad with a shower chair and recliner. He is safe in the shower and able to get up and also be comfortable in the recliner. Paul Powell and team are angels, we are truly grateful for all you've done.
