My name is Ana Monarrez I currently have an open case and just wanted to share my experience so far…. I was in a auto accident in February of this year I already finished with my medical appointments and both insurance settlement offers were received more then 2 months ago. I went in the office today without and appointment and met with Dan who could only schedule me for a telephone call from the attorney for this Monday. I will update you guys to see what outcome this call has.

Little bit of a long process but great results.

I had an Appointment for Initial Consultation on 09/19/2023 at 10:00am. An Attorney named “Brian” shows up in Jeans and a Polo Shirt! (Very Professional and Lawyerly!) He ushers me into a Meeting room and Expects the Person “INTERVIEWING” him for his Firm “TO POTENTIALLY HIRE THEM”! For a Very easy “EGGSHELL” Previous Injury, 100% Permanently Disabled, with New Injuries Client! Multiple Vehicle, Double Tap, Accident Settlement Case! And, he didn’t ask How are you, or say, we will take care of everything! Anyway, the Person Doing the Hiring! Which is the Client! ALWAYS sits at the head of the Table! Guess this Firm doesn’t see it that way! Suppose THEY are the Boss! LMFAO! Anyway, this Lawyer decided that This Firm wasn’t going to take my $100,000.00 Insurance Policy to be compounded by the Insurance Policies of the other “2” At Fault drivers because of my Choice to sit at the Head of the Table because that IS His Seat! LMFAO! Please! Please DO NOT HIRE this Law Firm! I can Attest to you that Any Treatment like this shows, THE CLIENT Is NOT their Main Interest and THEY DO NOT have your Benefit or Best Interest at mind and they WILL Screw you at any chance they have! This Law Firm is absolutely Despicable! And Atrocious! If you hire this Firm, you are Losing Money! Period! They WILL NOT Fight for the Best or Highest Settlement and they will NOT do their Absolute Best if they go to Court which Obviously is something they Want and Intend to Avoid! With Associates like this Lawyer it’s Clear they do NOT have the Interest in Doing the Best Job! And YOU are NOT their MAIN Priority! Good Luck If you Choose to Hire the Sheisters at this Firm!
