Sorry group of lawyers!! Moves entirely too slow. Everyone I went onto before them were able to give me advancement!! Save your time and go to RICHARD HARRIS law firm they will get you taken care of in a timely manner and help you while you case is still open. If I could give no stars I would!!

Rude people they keep hanging up on me every time I ask to speak to manager being refused to speak to a manager Nicole sucks she refused to give me my money they told me 30 to 45 days they lied it's been more than 45 days and now we keep going through the same thing I talk to the manager Gabby I'm still waiting for my money this is terrible it makes no sense we almost in June and I sign a paperwork at March the end of March I'm still waiting I call on Friday they lied until midday I'll call me back I'm still waiting for them to call me back and it was a long holiday I'm still waiting for my money that unacceptable this makes no sense The communication is terrible

Biggest mistake coming here. The moment I walked in with my husband and they called us in the office for consultation, and the lawyer told me that they didn't handle property damage we should of walked out. My daughter and my husband were hit by a lady who ran a red light on 02/2023. She smashed into my passenger side. I had to find a shop for repairs. I had to battle the insurance company for diminished value. I had to fight the insurance company for reimbursement on the rental. It was difficult to make myself whole on the damages to my vehicle with NO assistance from them. Then today 05/16/2023 after everything is said and done they call asking questions about my vehicle. No that's not how I do business. Lesson learned when a law firm only takes care of injury walk out find a lawyer that will take care of your family and your property. I blame myself for not knowing. Excellent firm, communication and service, highly recommend

Very friendly and attentive, my payout was fair.. only took short of a year to settle so that was great.. the staff here is great with communication and being fair. I would recommend Paul Powell any day.

I hired this firm I never met Paul or he never even called me even when I requested a call from him the lawsuit that was filed was done by an inexperienced attorney according to another Law Firm I settled the case on my own this firm with no help I was even told by a different attorney that they were not for me be careful in hiring this firm

I had a great time with this law firm made my life super easy and all i really had to do is show up and sign and they recommend the best options for me.

Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend ANYONE give this law firm a chance, horrible communication, very clueless, no respect for injury only concerned about receiving their money. This law firm has made so many mistakes I'm really questioning the staff if they are working in the correct job field.

I signed up with the firm 3 years ago and have still not received my settlement for an accident that I was not at fault. The case is closed and still nothing. The attorney handling my case is not giving me any tangible feedback though I keep calling. Is the firm just not competent anymore or what??

just another one that represents people with fake injuries to just get money without real injuries. no wonder people don't trust lawyers
