We had a great experience with Sital’s offices, my fiancé closed on a condo with him 3 months ago and I recently closed on a condo I purchased. Everything was a quick and efficient process, both were 60 day closings. He worked smoothly with my bank and title company. Would highly recommend!

I had a very bad experience with this greedy lawyer!
I asked him about his fee disclosure at the beginning, he tried his best to skip to answer of that question and he was rushed to get the contract from seller attorney. He charged me 3 times more than a usual lawyer fee. He was not helpfull at all through out the deal. I was feeling him as a scam and fraud lawyer all the time! He did not even come to the closing table. Be carefull of hiring him!

Sital is the best Lawyer for your real estate needs. They helped me close the purchase on my property 10 years ago. Absolutely professional and perfect representation. The closing went smooth.
