I closed an investment property in March 2018. Mr. Shah was able to get me out of a difficult situation in a prior contract I had entered into. Mr. Shah is very assertive and is able to show his aggressive side when needed at the right time. Mr. Shah is able to decipher a situation quickly, advise the best course of action and then execute. He and his team respond very rapidly and are very efficient. The entire team kept me updated at all times and communicated very well by email. There responses always were quick and often replied to my questions after hours along with his team. Mr. Shah works very quickly in attorney review and was able to secure my property quickly to avoid multiple offers. I have worked with Mr. Shah previously and I have complete trust and faith in his guidance and actions he suggested on behalf of me. I bought a property in May 2017. I have known Mr. Shah for many years for business reasons and working with other clients. When it came time to buy my own home I knew Mr. Shah would be the best choice. Mr. Shah finished attorney review within two days as requested. I closed a single family home February 2018. Mr. Shah and his and staff are very responsive and answered emails very quickly day and night. The closing itself was very difficult involving few lenders, grants etc but Mr. Shah found a way to navigate through all the issues and managed all the differing personalities and got everyone to the closing table as the Seller almost terminated the transaction after four months of work. This is an art. Mr. Shah also followed up on all issues no matter how small the issue maybe to a first time buyer. Mr. Shah returned calls very promptly and also answered the phone himself very often when I had called. I appreciated knowing Mr. Shah was at my corner every turn. Trustworthy and very humble person

Never seen a cheap lawyer like him. Please stay away from his service. He only forwards your email without his inputs. He never picks up or calls back your phone calls. He will call you on Sunday when you are busy. He forgets things and will ask you to forward same emails again. This lawyer won’t help you at all. He only interested in his fees. He is not knowledgeable.

I was having surgery in Arizona and need my condo sold in Jersey. I was worried because there was a lot of red tape since it was a low income unit that was gift to me. The fact I was going to have another big surgery and be stuck in Arizona unable to do really anything just had me more nervous, but Mr Shah took care of everything. It was appreciate.
