PLEASE!! Save your time and money. This attorney was dishonest, attempted to charge me for him stating that he did work that he didn’t do, (until after I fired him of course), and he was very RUDE! Literally spoke to me as if I’m a child of his. Please look at his others reviews and you will see this. I am going to be filing a complaint with the board today because he is unethical, manipulative, and wants to just scam people. Please do your research and don’t go with people due to convenience. I was verbally abused by Sital Shah!

Sital was very good in dealing with my mortgage closing . He is very professional and responsive responsive. Highly recommended!

I bought my house 10 years ago, I still wanted to erase that experience from my mind. I never had such a horrible experience in my life. Our contract was for $700. Finally I ended up with $3200. After paying all these money Mr Shah gave me 30 seconds to get our from this house. Please beware..

I am very grateful to Mr. Shah, he helped me to close out to buy Single Family in May 2011 and sell in 2019. Sital was an Excellent lawyer, very patient with me and guided me through the entire process. He is very pleasant and kind person, With his support and dedication completed the purchase on time. He is trustworthy. He showed great leadership to work well with sellers and Buyers. He and is staff followed up on many issues to resolve them for closing at all times. He communicated frequently with me and often responded to all queries anytime night and on weekends. I would give the highest recommendation for his and his staff’s services in the home buying process.

Sital and his team helped us negotiate a purchase with a difficult seller and HOA. They kept us educated and were in communication at every step of the process. They kept us well informed of our options and what to expect next. Without them, we are certain we would not have closed on schedule.

Mr.Shah has been our lawyer for our house closing in 2011, June 2018 and our Will. He is very hardworking detailed oriented person whom you can trust. He explained all the terms in contract so that layman can understand and taking time to respond back to questions even over a weekend. For our second closing we had lot of delays and he put in extra time & effort to ensure that we had a smooth closing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars !!
