I highly recommend Tom. He beat a DUI for me and a weed charge. One of the nicest and most respectful lawyers I've worked with. I had 2 cases and he was also kind enough to give me a serious discount after the first case. I'd use Tom every single time!

After being charged with misdemeanors, I thought I would have to pay fines, lose my license which could have costed me my job also, but Thomas Martin, ESQ saved me and had my case dismissed. Just be patient, let him do his thing and you will get the best favorable outcome. Nice guy who really cares!

Mr. Martin was retained to represent my disabled step-son who was served with a restraining order by his disabled roommate. What seemed like a rather simple case with little merit had possible long term ramifications on my step-sons housing. Mr. Martin was professional and patient. He understood what was at risk and did a great job in having the restraining order dismissed. Hopefully we will not need his services in the future, but would not hesitate to retain him again.

I hired Thomas Martin and Matthew Dorry to take on 2 traffic violations. 1 was a minor accident and the 2nd was to reopen an old case from over a year ago to correct a charge that I shouldn't have been given.
