It is difficult to find the right words to express my gratitude to Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and Jeff Salomon in particular, but I'll give this a try. When I picked up the phone I was completely at my wits end after after getting hit by a commercial vehicle in my small town. I had to spend about $1000 in just a few days, had no car with a no good insurance policy. I felt completely fed up, not even sure if I should be calling a lawyer. As the phone rang I almost hung up. Jeff picked up, late on a Sunday night. As soon as we started talking I felt this weight being lifted off of my shoulders. For the first time since the accident a few days prior, I felt I wasn't alone and that I had some heavy weights in my corner. He was personable, knowledgeable and helped me get my head together for the next steps. I never felt rushed or ignored. I'll be completely honest - I didn't have to do very much besides some initial doctors visits and tests. Once that was over the lawyers handled everything, occasionally mailing me things that I would have to sign. Everything was handled so seamlessly, there were months when I almost forgot about the accident and went on with my life. Then I got a call from Jeff what the options were. I called my wife and we were so excited to find that Jeff and his team had done some negotiating in our favor. It was an amazing moment that let me know I had definitely made the right decision that fateful Sunday night when Jeff Salomon happened to be on the on call lawyer. (Yes it's a thing.) Thank you Jeff and team, you are doing great work and to those reading I hope you call now if you are like me and are a little nervous about working with an attorney when you've had an accident.

In 2016 I had an accident and went to the firm David Sapertains and Salomon. They guided me from Day one to the end of the case, step by step with the great help of Tricia Maharah, an excellent person very polite and attentive and very aware of all the details and keeping me informed always. From the moment I met Patricia Boguslawski I knew my mother's case would be in good hands. She was informative, never negative & listened to me. When Sam Davis (or team) says he can win your case; believe him!! The team he gave me were readily available whenever I needed them (Evan Baker, esq & Nicole T.). I got my settlement fairly quickly. This is the law firm you want!!! I wrote this review because I use reviews for almost everything (travel, restaurants, hair, etc.) and wanted to share with anyone that reads and use reviews in helping them choose a service.

I must say that this firm is absolutely amazing, they were on my side for my case,batted 1000%,and helped me out more than anything,treated me with respect, like family, and got answers I asked about answered. Working with Paul and Alexis of Davis, Saperstein and Solomon law firm has been nothing short of amazing. They have made this awful, long process of mine go so smooth. They were both always available to me, and had nothing but patience whenever I had a question big or small! Their professionalism and mannerism was always 100%. Although I am extremely happy and grateful that my case has settled, I will miss working with them!

I had opportunity to work with David Garfield who was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the handling of my case. What I appreciated the most, was the time that David took to explain the process/terms so that I was fully informed.

Jeff was a very good attorney for my case. He always responsive when I asked for status and follow ups. He was very thorough whenever we interacted one on one. I'm definitely very happy with the results and think Jeff did a great job. My only piece of feedback is that I would've loved for Jeff to have been present for my deposition, since he was my main point of contact for 2+ years. I was, however, with another lawyer at the firm who did an excellent job.

When I first met Marc I explained to him the details about my accident and that I had a previous back issue. Another large law firm told me I didn't have a case because of it. They didn't listen.
