Kate Carballo treated me like family throughout the entire legal process. Kate fought tooth and nail for a settlement that was higher than I would have expected. My case was won by the firm and I am very appreciative for all they did! The nature of my accident was quite terrible and I was always treated with great respect by everyone with whom I worked. That said, I do wish that communication was a little more clear throughout the process, but overall my questions were answered and my concerns were taken care of.
