Proved that the cause of my Driving Misdemeanor was just an (stupid) oversight on my part, and that I rectified the situation as soon as possible. Got my double misdemeanor down to a Non-moving violation. He is very clear, knowledgable, and charming. He uses all of this to make You comfortable, and then uses it again to protect You with the Court and Prosecutors. Excellent!

I live out of state and was camping in the Adirondacks where I got a UPM after getting pulled over because my friend rolled through a stop sign. Knowing nothing about the law in NY I was pretty freaked out. I was ready to just plead guilty and pay the fine to get it over with, but I tried calling a few lawyers first to get a better idea of what I was getting into. Rakesh, the only one who answered my call, spent a good 45 minutes on the phone with me and he explained everything. I was ready to pay extra to have him drive up north to help me with this so I wouldn't have it on my record, and he declined on account of his conscience. He explained that I had nothing to lose in not having a lawyer at the arraignment for such a minor violation and that the fee for long distance representation would be a waste of my money. Rather than take advantage of my panic, he advised me to keep my money, explained the law, what to expect on the court date, and what I should say to get an ACOD. We also had backup plans for all the worst case scenarios, but he assured me that I would be fine. He was also graciously available when I called and texted a few more times with more questions. I followed his advice and the judge dismissed my case altogether. I came out of the whole ordeal with no stains on my record, no fine, and no lawyer fees. Apart from being very grateful to Rakesh for his knowledgeable advice, his time, and his ethics, I was particularly grateful for how genuinely sympathetic and reassuring he was. It sounds corny but his willingness to help me out made the whole exchange feel more like I was getting advice from a good friend who also happened to know the law inside and out. Trying to find a good attorney is like trying to find a good auto mechanic I received a 55/80 speeding ticket in Dec/16. I needed help. I found Mr. Joshi and i'm so glad I did. Not only did he get it dismissed, his price to do it was very fair considering the extra court fees and of course a hike in auto insurance because of points. VERY VERY HAPPY with his services. I just wished he had a office where I live so I can used him for all my needs.

RAKESH IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ATTORNEY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I received a 72 in a 45 in a speed in zone in Clifton Park Town Court. The vehicle behind me had been chasing me in a road rage incident, damaged my bumper and fled the scene. Obviously the officer did not believe the exact description of the vehicle I gave him. They wanted to give me 6 POINTS and only offered to reduce it to 4 points! I then hired Rakesh. Over the next 8 MONTHS Rakesh continued to fight on my behalf, even when another law firm told me it was best to take the 4 point plea! Well, they gave him that offer too. Then a month later, Rakesh got it reduced to a NON MOVING VIOLATION with 2 non moving points and NO EFFECT on my insurance! Rest assured, Rakesh is one of the best. I hope I never need him again, but I am glad he is there if I do!

Absolutely amazing! 77 mph in a 55 mph zone on 787 and clocked with LIDAR (laser). 6 Pont speeding ticket reduced to parking ticket! No points on insurance! I live in MA and needed a traffic lawyer to represent me at Watervliet city court and did my research. I'm really glad I picked Rakesh based on his great reviews.
