Rakesh Joshi is probably one of the best lawyers in Upstate New York Area. he knows what hes doing very professional, rates are affordable and always try to get you 110% best out come possible. He just fought a ticket for me on February 2018 and I was more than happy with the result. would definitely recommend him.

I did Literally "jump-for-joy" after Mr. Joshi and I left the court house today… and I would have done it inside, but I didn't want my actions to reflect badly on him. Mr. Joshi is exceptionally Charismatic, Clear, Straightforward, Knowledgable and Professional. He uses all of these abilities with Prosecutors and the Court for Remarkable Results. He uses those skills to ask you clear questions, and make sure that he can do the best for you. He does this so efficiently and kindly that you will feel less stressed… because you know that he will Really defend YOU. I was ready to pay significant fees for the mistakes I did (yes) make. However, he negotiated the situation so well, that the plea was Much less than I expected.
