I was charged with a speeding ticket for 61 in 40 zone in Colonie. It was my very time even being pulled over since I first started driving 11 years ago and I did not know what to do. I was looking at 6 points in my license and a heavy fine. Not to mention increased future insurance premium. Whenever I get a speeding ticket, I go to Rakesh. He's helped me get out of receiving points every single time, and is very easy to work with. I tell him what happened, and he takes care of the rest. As soon as I let him know when to be at the courthouse, I stop worrying. He's that good.

The driver of the vehicle I was a passenger in was speeding near Albany and was pulled over. The officer spotted an open bottle of liquor and all three us were taken out of the car and our belongings were searched. I was charged with an open container and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Mr. Joshi was able to get the possession charge thrown out and the open container was reduced to a parking ticket. I was a student at the time and the charge for Mr. Joshi's services was a complete bargain including the stress that was reduced by maintaining a clean record. This review is long overdue and I am extremely grateful for the way my case was handled. I highly recommend Mr. Joshi and wish I could see him again to thank him.

Rakesh has helped me multiple times. He is amazing at his job. He has reduced my speeding tickets to 0 pts! Would highly recommend. Update May 2024: STILL no update and I have attempted various calls, emails and text messages. Update June 2023: Office has not been responsive to my case from Nov 2020. I have called, emailed and texted multiple times. I understand the pandemic has pushed back many court dates but it would be nice to have updates for transparency. Please contact me if you happen to see this post. I am not satisfied with my recent service.
