Mr. Joshi has represented me for a speeding ticket matter at Milan township court in upstate NY, near Albany. Despite Milan court is a very tough court, Mr. Joshi was able to reduce my ticket from 4 points violation to 0 points non-moving violation. He responded all my phone calls and emails quickly and helped me thru out the process. His fees are very reasonable as well. I'd definitely recommend him for any traffic matter and I'd certainly use him for future matters, If I have to. Thank you.

Rakesh reduced my 8 point speeding ticket to a 2 point ticket and had to deal with a difficult court. All other attorneys I called told me Best outcome would be pleading to some form of speeding with 3-4 points. He did what no one else could do.

As other reviewers have stated, there is little to no communication from Mr. Joshi once your payment has been received. Despite multiple efforts at contacting him, I never heard the result of my case. Instead, I received a Past Due notice from the court regarding my ticket, along with a late fee. Overall, there was no reduction in the fine, but for Mr. Joshi's $300 fee I guess I didn't get any points on my license. I wouldn't hire him again.
