If there were 10 stars I would give him 10! Alfred is phenomenal lawyer in every sense of the word. Alfred dedicates his time and effort to every one of his cases as if it was his only. He treats you with kindness, respect, and understanding of what you are going through, alongside his extensive knowledge of the law. Whatever your case or situation may be, expect to be met with guidance and comfort. Without Alfred our high pressure situation would have been much more difficult to endure.

Glenn made the home buying process seamless for me. He was patient, informative, proactive, and there every step of the way. I 100% recommend Riegler & Berkowitz to all!

My Dad received approval for medicaid and was placed into a long term care facility. I remember a year ago today reading reviews like this being unsure who i should go to in order to get legal advice. Finding care for my father was one of the hardest things i've ever had to do. I do commend Tully law on providing excellent service and ultimately securing medicaid approval for my father. Its a long process which requires a lot of documentation and they did help along the way and were very receptive to feedback. Brian, Lorriane, Liz and Alicia are all excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

In April of 2017 my mother Barbara was rehabilitating at Our Lady of Consolation in West Islip, NY. My mother was fighting cancer and we knew we had a tough road ahead of us. I asked my mother “What do you want me to do Mom?” She answered, “I want you to save our house”. I went home and looked for some pamphlets on caring for your aging parents I took from a seminar I attended sometime in 2015 and I called Tully Law Group, PC. Since that call, Tully Law Group, PC has very skillfully and professionally helped me to not only get the care that my mother needed until she passed away in November 2017 and save the house as my mother wanted but also helped me to get the care my father needed after he became ill a month after she passed away. Tully Law Group, PC also helped us with a very difficult probate for my grandmother who passed away in 1990. All I can say is I could not have done this without them. For my parents and I we had a very fast moving crisis with complexity and the expertise and depth of knowledge at Tully Law Group, PC got us through it. Besides thank you, all I can say is Tully Law Group, PC number 1 on my speed dial!!!

Elder law can be very confusing and difficult to navigate alone but hiring Brian's team was the best decision we've made so far! Now on to the longer story... Just so you, the reader, knows where I'm coming from, I'm an attorney licensed to practice law in New York. I practice tenant side rent stabilization law in New York City. I've been practicing law for about 7 years now, and I would never take a Medicaid application case. Sure, I could learn it, but it would take me months at the sacrifice of my mother's needs, and that isn't going to happen. That's where Brian Tully and his spectacular team of administration, legal, and social workers come into play. We needed help navigating the world of Medicaid qualification, which was incredibly difficult with the stress of caring for our family's medical needs. I can only imagine how tragic the process is for people with zero legal experience. We hired the Tully Law Group who helped us every step of the way, and you should too. They helped get my mother financially qualified, created her estate documents, and all other matters necessary. Importantly, Brian's team will take the time to explain and describe (and describe again, and again!) all the many moving and intersecting parts of Medicaid qualification. Most importantly, his team is super professional, compassionate, and they care (why else would they practice public interest law!). Every question we had, and we had a lot (and still have many), was thoughtfully answered. Our success with Medicaid is owed greatly to the Tully Law Firm. They are 100%.

Glenn Riegler was our attorney for the purchase of our first home. He is extremely professional and courteous. He was always available for any questions and patiently addressed any concerns we had. We had our offer accepted at the beginning of the pandemic and his knowledge and expertise helped us feel confident in moving forward knowing that if anything happened he would protect our interests. Not what I expected from a firm that seemed so nice in the beginning.

My family has been very pleased with our experience with Tully Law. We highly and confidently recommend Brian Tully and his staff. In addition to the standard estate planning documents, my parents wanted to set up a special needs trust. This was confusing and daunting, but Brian explained the process clearly and helped us understand our options. We also took advantage of the invaluable Elder Care coordination program, which helped us immensely in dealing with assisted living, nursing homes and hospitals.

I’m not one to write reviews. However, Glenn is the best. Through selling and buying homes, he’s been my go guy. Answers the phone and emails back in a timely fashion. Great doing business with him. Would recommend to anyone buying or selling a home!
