I found Brian and staff to be very personable , friendly and helpful. They are working side by side with me through the Medicare case. And though it seems to have taken a long time to get this solved , it isn't their fault. When you have endless red tape technical issues with the courts , Medicare and pensions , Tully Law is comforting to work alongside with. When you have Tully Law , you don't walk alone !!!

I highly recommend the Tully Eldercare Law firm. We have been using this firm for the past 3 years. Initially they prepared a will, trust, POA, healthcare directive and proxy, and we annually retain their services as healthcare managers and coordinators. They are knowledgeable, competent, efficient and easy to deal with, and will delve into any issues or problems that may arise. Dealing with the governmental bureaucracy can be extremely frustrating and aggravating. They have made an unmanageable experience manageable, and eliminated the grief.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They don't even deserve a one star. We began the process of guardianship with them in August 2016. One year later, and this is still NOT done. We have completed mounds of paperwork and handed everything to them in time. I wish I could say the same for them. They didn't even check the paperwork was all completed before they handed in to the courts, and so when it was finally handed to the judge, after 3 months of sitting in the courts, the paperwork was returned because a date was missing by this law form. Now the Judge says that because the law firm sat on our paperwork for so long, some of the documents need to be redone because they have to completed within a specific amount of time before handing to the court. This means relying on doctors and outside providers for our child to complete everything again, mounds of paperwork, get it notarized again etc. Not an easy feat! The law firm is far from apologetic. They are actually rude about the whole thing, are still unresponsive to our calls, they ignore our emails, and simply the blame the employee for not doing her job. I'm not one to give public reviews, but in this case I feel it is very warranted, because maybe we can save somebody else from this terrible ordeal. If you are looking for a law firm, I strongly suggest you do NOT use this one!
