The Tully Elder Law Firm is a wonderful and unique resource for older people (and those not so old!) who wish to make arrangements for their estates that will protect them and their progeny in dealing with their assets in their later years and upon their demise. Their services are thorough, attentive and compassionate. Having gotten their help with our wills, health proxies and trust, my wife and I feel that we can relax and know that all is taken care of. If this is something you have let slide and not yet attended to, you would do well to seek their services.

My parents recently engaged Mr Tully’s firm to put together an estate plan and to set up a trust for a disabled family member. From the start Brian and his associate Ms Amy Latuga made my parents feel comfortable and treated them with kindness and compassion. Amy discussed all of the options available to my parents and drafted a well written plan that protects the interests of all the parties involved and gave my parents peace of mind. Please be confident in knowing that when you hire Brian’s firm, you will be hiring a team that is expert and who will look after you like family.

I have never written a review before but must make an exception to commend and recommend Tully Law for helping us to prepare for and then to secure and stabilize our lives as we faced (and continue to face) the challenges of my mother’s illness. I thank Brian Tully, Dana Marcinka and Amy Latuga for their exceptional understanding, patience and compassion as well as their skill, knowledge and determination to help us care for my mother. They are responsive and thoughtful, sincere, dedicated and hardworking. In 2015, my fiercely independent, self made mother struggled to trust anyone. It was tough for my sister and I to get her to a complimentary appointment with Brian to address her future. Once there, my mother (as well as my sister and I) immediately found Brian engaged, concerned and well informed. As we began working with Brian Tully and Amy Latuga to protect and provide for Mom’s future, we found ourselves greatly relieved that we had good and experienced people we could count on to guide us and help my mother. Dana Marcinka has been a true blessing as well as she helps administer Mom’s care plan and genuinely enjoys her visits with Mom. Dana attends all meetings with nurses to ensure all goes smoothly and she is always ready to listen to our concerns and share resources and guidance. We have greatly benefited by knowing and working with Brian, Amy and Dana these several years. As a result of their continued involvement and help, my mother is safe and well despite her illness and is enjoying the best quality of life she can at this point in her journey. We, as well, are able to enjoy life with her too with less stress and worry. I know my mother would love to be able to thank each of you with her own words for what you have done to help her. This is an excellent elder care law firm with an excellent staff. I'd like to share an excerpt of an email I recently sent to Brian Tully... My father has been your client for about 18 months now. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your firm for your services. Your staff is always helpful and professional in all my dealings with them and it is appreciated. The reason for this specific email is to express my gratitude especially for Dana Marcinka. Recently my father's Medicaid application required recertification and the process was quite lengthy and difficult, frankly much more so than it could/should have been - I place the blame for this squarely on the City of New York and its agencies and their lapses in communication among other things. Above said, Dana worked tirelessly so that my father would achieve a positive outcome. She made and attended appointments with all necessary parties, ensured that everyone was regularly updated, submitted essential paperwork, and basically followed through on all aspects of the recertification (which has since been approved). David is a very reputable and talented attorney with loads of experience. There is no one I would want to represent me other than R&B - they are a dynamic pair! They know the law and fight for you from beginning to end, what more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

Brian was very helpful and thorough. Getting a will was a task that I was eager to do but also nervous about the process. Brian helped ease any anxiety and questions I had. Brian also spent the time with my two older kids to explain the process and logistics of the will. The staff at Tully Law were also very friendly and warm towards me and my family.
