I didn't take any pictures, but this was a wonderful experience at a very cute building! We went to write a will, knowing very little about what this entails. Dean is very knowledgable and educated us on the process-- in a way that will be helpful for a lifetime and our future of wills as well as helpful information for our parents. We did email back and fort to make the appointment and it was all done quickly and over email. Definitely recommend!

When the pandemic hit, the borders closed and my tenants stopped paying rent.There was no way for me to contact them and they wouldn't pick up or return phone calls. I called upon attorney Dean Scheller to help navigate the legal remedies & eviction process, in view of the US Federal and NY state laws & moratorium, to finally get back my house so I could list to sell. I am pleased that finally the house sold and attorney Dean's office and his team, with special assistant Kim, provided feedback and hands-on support & guidance every step of the way Without their expertise I would be at a total loss as to how to deal with all the complexities of the case especially from outside the country. I was very pleased having Dean Schneller's Law firm manage my real estate transactions. Dean and his staff, Kim and Lynn, communicated in a polite and timely manner throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently and with precision. I Went back to Dean’s law office to have my Will drafted. Dean took time to explain all the parts of a Will. He helped me through the process of drafting a document that is never fun to complete. Not only are Dean’s fees reasonable but everyone there is professional and attentive to your needs. Dean and his legal and office staff are “top Notch!” As a paralegal myself, I respect and admire a firm that goes above and beyond to meet the specific needs and wishes of their clients.
