Dean was very good at letting me know what was going on at all times. He informed me via email of any changes to my charges, and of any new imformation that came up. He always showed up to my court dates and talked to me before and after seeing the judge to explain to me what was going to happen, and he did so with time so that i would understand completely what was going on.
