I recently sold my house in Jay NY and used the Ausable Forks office. It was a complete mess. They did not complete the work I paid them to do. I had to finish the job myself which took two months and my own money. When I tried to complain Dean would not even respond to me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the New York State Bar. After I posted this Dean contacted me and asked how he could make things right. He offered to refund his legal fees minus out of pocket expense. I agreed and thought this was a positive outcome. He saw I had a problem and addressed it. I appreciate this and have revised my rating.
