I have used John Markey for years. I have also closed with Ralph McMillan as well. I have always found them to be professional, courteous, and very responsive. Whenever I have a question John has always answered my question and/or helped me with an issue I have had to resolve. He has always gone above and beyond what I need. He is one of my top closing attorneys!

Ms. Sellers took on my divorce case after my first attorney did nothing on my file for months and I had to cut ties with him. No complaints though, because Ms. Sellers and her assistant Maria dove right in and gave me top notch representation that ended up getting me a settlement that I was very happy with. It was especially comforting that during a trying time in my life Ms. Sellers was easy to work with and normally responded to my questions within hours. I have already recommended her to others seeking a divorce in South Carolina.

I loved working with Leigh and her team. When my world was falling apart and out of control, she gave me the tools to pick the pieces up and concentrate of what had to be done. Divorce is never simple, but she gave me wise advise and helped me work through the complexities of the legal system. Guiding me on when to be agressive to take action and when to just sit back and wait. She referred me to other reliable sources who could help with the issues I had that were not directly related to the divorce. She armed me with knowledge, so I could feel confident in making the best of a bad situation. Pulling together financial files was hard, but it kept me on track and gave me the information I needed to know to make informed decisions. Good help is not cheap, but she helped me keep costs to a minimum and allowed me to do what I could by myself. I strongly recommend this firm.

My wife and I went here to sign the loan papers for our house. Everyone was friendly and professional. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes. They even had some snacks that came in handy with our 1 year old

We've used these guys for 2 house closings and they were great to work with both times. The first time we had a mishap with the loan and couldn't close on time. They were very accommodating to work us in later in the day. The second time, no issues and closing was a breeze.

I try to schedule all my closings at McMillan, Psaroudis & Markey. I have been using them since 1992. They are wonderful. Scheduling is a breeze with Cathy Norton. Ellen Rummage is the best paralegal in town. I love both Michelle and Ralph! Everyone is personable and professional. I have also noticed that I don't have problems with issues popping up after the closings when I use them. They do both NC and SC closings which makes it convenient for my clients that are moving between the two states.
