I worked with April Ayscue and she made this process so easy! We were nervous when we came in and near tears and she calmed us down with her smile, laughter and professionalism. I am so so glad that we got to work with her! She was awesome!

Everyone was very nice and helpful and helped make this stressful situation a lot less stressful. April did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and responded promptly to any e-mails or concerns that I may have had. Mr. Craig Shapiro helped me with a legal issue with violation of my Chapter 13......he went ABOVE and BEYOND to have this matter taken care of and resolved. My wife and I are retired, we are living on our retirement income and S.S.I. Things were going OK until I became ill and was hospitalized. When you have debts and suddenly there is an increase because of a sickness, it will not be long before you are over your head in debt! Yes we made some mistakes along the way and we have learned from our mistakes. Things got even worse when we went to a company that was suppose to re-negotiate our debts in 4 to 6 months so we could lower our monthly payments. We paid them $1244 a month for 9 months and all they did was re-negotiate one debt. They said because we were so faithful in paying each month they had a sister company that would give us a loan for $100,000 to pay off all our debts at a payment of around $1244. But when the paper work came back the payment was $1800 a month for 6 years. Which was putting us in a worst position then we were before we came to them. The break down of the payment was $50,000 to pay off our renegotiated debts and $50,000 for their fees. We knew we were in trouble and had been scammed. Plus we were given a law suite from one of our debtors. We were sickened, I could tell you more but it would turn your stomach. I didn't know if John Orcutt could help us or not, we thought that they would laugh us out of their office. And tell us we were own our own! I won't tell you how concerned we were when we walked into their office. The first thing we were told was, they have dealt with this company many times before in the pass. They let us know up front they could help us and they have done it before to help others in the same situation with the same company. God answered our prayers. We wanted to thank April Ayscue for helping us file our Bankruptcy paperwork. She made the process seem so easy and straight forward. She sincerely showed us she cared without saying it in words but showed it in deeds. She never got tired of returning our calls when we had questions or needed help with the paper work that we had to bring in. She kept us abreast about things we needed to bring in or anything we had to do to meet deadlines. She let us know from the beginning that they would be able to help us get back on track with our finances so we could stop worrying and start over. We thank God, Attorney Boltz, April Aycue, and Attorney Orcutt for all they do to help us and other individuals get their life back on track.
