Great customer service, very helpful and quick. April did an awesome job getting me through the final process before court. I would definitely recommend them if you are going to file bankruptcy.

After the first bankruptcy, that didn't work out as planned, I refiled with John Orcutt's Durham office. My house was heading for foreclosure, bills were coming back and my truck was repossessed. I had a very narrow time frame to refile and get my truck back, before it was auctioned off. John Orcutt's staff helped me get things back in order and in time. Couldn't thank them enough. April as my coach, Melissa my initiator/investigator, Mrs Smith filing in and all attorneys worked very hard! I had to to do some things slso, but we brought it all together! 😊

Have called a few times because I have questions or need a answer to something and it takes a week to weeks before I get a reply. By then to much time has past and it's to late to get the answers I need and to only have 10 calls I get for free I feel my money has been wasted and I could have done my chapter 13 on my own cause I sure would get a answer soon. Was really blown away in court today when the amount I was told I would have to pay was higher then what I signed and agreed to pay each month. I should have got a call and told by my lawyer that the amount went up.

From my first time in the office to my last appointment signing papers, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. April A. was the best! She was patient with me, answered all my questions and was just all around the best representation of the company they could ask for! I would definitely recommend! :)

When I read the reviews to determine my decision I came across the name April Ayscue multiple times and the comments regarding her service were highly praised.. so she helped get all of our information together and even put up with me calling multiple multiple times due to my questions none of her cause.. she handled them and answered them truthfully easing my stress regarding this whole process.. My first experience with this process was very positive, as I called and left a message over the weekend, just a few minutes passed before Becca Orcutt returned my call. After an attentive phone consult with her, she had Connie Nichols call to further the interview. The entire Durham office helped us through the chapter 13 process with remarkable kindness and understanding. Our paralegal April Ayscue was a shining light in a time of darkness for us. She explained every step of the way .....paying attention to even the little details. I hope we don't have to go through this again but if we do we would use this firm again.
