The Law Offices Of John T. Orcutt are amazing. We seen their ad on t.v. couple years ago, and we needed help. We, my husband and I contacted them. I honestly believe we could not have found a better law firm to help with our finances. From day one they made us feel like we were the only ones they were helping. Always got to talk to one of associates on the phone, never a machine. The whole experience dealing with bankruptcy is scary but the law office have really helped us every step of the way. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I never thought I would be the one to go bankrupt. A medical emergency and a divorce left me with a car and house I couldn't afford. I had not other choice to claim a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Hicks has been so helpful to me. Whenever complications came up in my case he handled them with ease. I know I can be a nervous wreck and Im sure I was probably on his last nerve more than a few times. Koury was always helpful in making me feel like there was a way out. I was wondering if I should file bankruptcy and called John Ourcutt's office in DURHAM, NC and got a appointment! After getting the paperwork done ,I was set up to see Mrs. APRIL AYSCUE ! She went out of her way to help me feel comfortable about filing and helping me with any questions I had and made the whole experience prefect?

I have had quite a few hiccups since I filed and Koury has been the most helpful. First, there was problem with the dollar amount agreed to when I went to court in which he stayed over with me to discuss. Second, I received a notification in the mail with wrong information and he helped me get that taken care of. Third, I was sent a letter to appear in court that I should not have. Once I reached out to Koury, he expedited the process and within the same day the matter was taken care of. I cannot think of a better lawyer to have.
