April Ayscue and Sara Smith in the Durham office are the best to work with. Both of these ladies are very courteous, respectful and informative. I appreciate all of your assistance. I would recommend them for their excellent service.

Very helpful getting my stuff in order. Office is very nice and always ask if you want coffee. I really wanted one of those donuts in the break room though. Staff is friendly and courteous. They do their work fast and professionally. April went through all my paperwork very well. Crossed all the T's and dotted all the i's. She has a sweet voice and is always cheerful. That helps when going through stressful situations with medical situations and monster creditors. They explain all the process to you so there won't be no surprises.

They provide excellent service and treat you with respect. They turned a difficult situation into a hopeful one. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much Megan for all of your help!
