I have been in the Chapter 13 process for the past year and a half and I am always impressed with all of the service I receive from my assigned lawyer of John Corcutt and his team! I recently had vehicle issues and immediately my assigned paralegal Erica NeSmith came to my rescue. From filing the modification to simply being a listening ear, she has been extremely helpful and most of all knowledgeable what she was doing. I am so thankful that I have her and the other associates at John Orcutt on my side as I recover and restore my financial freedom!

Worst experience ever. I came in for a consultation and then took a few weeks to weigh my options. I told them I was ready to file and took more time off or work and was told that that visit was for another consultation. After demanding some info on starting the process that day since I had already taken time off twice, I got an appointment made to come back again and they gave me a big folder of stuff to fill out. I was assigned to April A., who is the only saving grace at this practice. She got my case filed pretty easily. Since then it seems every week I get a letter in the mail that for whatever reason, my case will be dismissed by he court. In trying to reach the office to ask questions and resolve problems it has been a nightmare. Honestly, if you can find another group to represent you, do so. The entire point of this process is to relieve stress and my experience has been the opposite. I happened to have to say offi today and had to drive the 40 minutes to the office just to ask my question in person. Honestly I'm glad to have filed, but I want my lawyer fees back since I seem to be representing myself.

Hellow my name is Donna Taylor,i filed For bankruptcy a couple of weeks ago.when i first filed i feft like it was going to be very over welming and stressful with all the paper work and trying to get everything in order.
