I was in a frenzy with my pay being garnished. Struggling from check to check. Going into Bankruptcy is not as bad as one may think. The young lady in this office helped me to understand the process and all that bankruptcy entails. The process went smoothly, quickly, and she was very thorough with making sure that I would be protected from all creditors. There was nothing frustrating about the process or paper work. They will guide you every step of the way in making sure you all you need to file. Awesome experience and I can now have an enjoyable summer and I look forward to my fresh start. 100% satisfied. John Orcutt's practice makes the bankruptcy process streamlined and much less difficult and frightening. The paralegals are kind and understanding as well as professional. You are kept up to date and always know the next step or the next document required. Jo Nichols is the paralegal who handled a large portion of my case and I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more helpful person to work with.
